How To Reset Password on Outlook Web App
Visit https://mail.bss.om/ then login to your account then click on “settings” icon which is on the tope right side of the page then select “options” then click on “general” then “my account” then click on the “reset password” you will see three boxes in the first box you have to enter your current password, and in second box you should enter the new password and in the last box you have to confirm the new password by reinterring it.
Password Requirements
Passwords will expire every 90 days. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least characters from three of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Numbers (0 through 9)
- Non-Alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %, etc.)
Passwords cannot contain the user’s account name or parts of the user’s full name that exceed two consecutive characters
